The Trey Roster

Rebecca Feickert

Co-founder and CEO

Rebecca is a former collegiate athlete who joined the Big 4 firm Ernst & Young after earning her Master’s in Accounting from the University of Kansas. After Ernst & Young, Rebecca worked for Partner’s Group, a Private Equity firm with over $74B in assets and more than 100 million beneficiaries. Following her career in the corporate world, Rebecca felt that she was ready to take on her passion: helping prospective college athletes achieve long-term success and prosperity. That is why she enrolled in Harvard Business school in the fall in 2016, where she started laying the groundwork for Trey.

Brian Reynolds

Head of Strategic Partnership & Fundraising

Brian Reynolds is a former Wall Street investor turned entrepreneur.  With more than five years of investment experience, Brian previously worked as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Consumer/Retail group at J.P. Morgan and as a Private Equity Associate at Los Angeles-based Aurora Capital, a middle market buyout fund with ~$2 billion under management.  Since leaving Wall Street, Brian has served as a merchant for the men’s team at J.Crew, and recently, as VP of Finance and Operations for swim and beachwear startup Solid & Striped, where he worked as deputy to the CEO and lead the company’s Series A fundraising.  Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Bachelor of General Studies in Communication Studies, both with highest distinction, from the University of Kansas.  Brian’s passion for college athletics provides an invaluable set of skills needed to identify and build meaningful relationships in the communities served by Trey.

Timothy Erps

Tim comes from Northeastern University with a degree in Chemical Engineering and experience in programming. After Northeastern, he joined Firefly Bioworks, a small MIT startup where he worked on developing an automated manufacturing and order management system. Tim’s experience in database design and development combined with his dedication to athletic, educational, and personal excellence are crucial for ensuring that Trey’s efforts are constantly measured, evaluated, and improved.

Darrell Stuckey

Darrell’s experiences as a former collegiate athlete, well-respected leader in the NFL (5x captain, 3x Special Teams player of the year,  2014 Pro Bowler, Walter Payton Man Of the Year of the Chargers), and an active member of the community (through engagement with Fellowship of Christian Athletes, United Way, Teammates for Kids, Team NOT For Sale and PLAY60, USA Football) has enabled Darrell to understand the importance of mentorship and continuous self-improvement.

LaJoi is a professional educator with a multitude of experience in urban education. She has a passion for helping young people realize their full potential and has been doing so for several years. Her background in teaching, curriculum development, academic advising, research and educational leadership brings a unique set of skills to the Trey Team.
